Terms of Service | Lemondrop

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lemondrop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Lemondrop is operated by its owner and is offered to businesses and individuals in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

2. Description of Service

Lemondrop is a cloud-based accounting and business management platform that provides invoicing, expense tracking, bill management, financial reporting, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis following a free trial period.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial expires, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current listed price. If you do not upgrade, your account will enter read-only mode — your data remains accessible but you cannot create or edit records until you subscribe.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments are processed through Xendit. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Process fraudulent, false, or misleading financial records
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
Use the Service in a way that disrupts or degrades its performance

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into lemondrop. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the financial data you enter. Lemondrop is a tool — it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@lemondrop.id.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lemondrop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the Service in a way that harms others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
